| How much does each title cost? | |
When looking at the individual titles on our website, click the DVD or VHS button below the title you are interested in purchasing. This will tell you everything you need to know about the title, including the price, bonus features and available audio features. All prices are in US dollars. There may be a surcharge for orders that are shipped outside of North America, depending upon the country and chosen shipping method. |

| How long will it take my order to ship? | |
Orders are shipped within 72 business hours of receipt of your order. You will be notified by e-mail if your shipment will be delayed for any reason. Back Orders: If a title you select is not in stock, the available titles will ship, and the balance will be shipped as soon as they are in stock. |

| What shipping methods are available? | |
| • | All orders are shipped via US Mail or UPS Ground unless otherwise requested. |
| • | UPS deliveries are not available to PO Boxes or APO addresses. |
| • | UPS does not deliver on Saturday or Sunday. |
| • | SlingShot does not pay for international duty taxes. If a shipment incurs any such charges, the customer is responsible and your credit card will be charged accordingly. |
| • | The customer is responsible for all additional shipping costs that may occur from an incorrect address or refused shipment. If you would like for your order to be delivered to an address other than the billing address, please provide the alternate address in the message section of your order. All alternate addresses will be confirmed via e-mail. |
| What happens if there is a problem with my shipment? | |
If you need to return any portion your order, simply send the product to the following address with a note explaining the reason for your return, and be sure to include your return address.
