AFRICA: THE SERENGETI

Africa: The Serengeti is the incredible story of the greatest migration of land animals anywhere on Earth. The first large-format African epic, the film follows the epic journey of more than 1.5 million animals as they travel 500 miles across the plains of the Serengeti, a place where life-and-death dramas are enacted daily. Experience the heart-pounding chorus of hooves and the amazing spectacle of wildebeests and zebras as far as the eye can see. Also featured are some of Africa's greatest predators-including lions, crocodiles, and cheetahs-in deadly pursuit of the migrating prey.

Considered one of the best and most successful large-format films ever produced, Africa: The Serengeti has more than 150 leases worldwide. It has received four industry awards and several other nominations. The film is produced by Graphic Films Corporation for Serengeti Partners in collaboration with the Houston Museum of Natural Science, which distributes the film.
